Integrity policy

This Privacy Policy informs you on how we process your personal data that you provide to us or that we collect. It also describes your rights and how you can exercise them. This policy is available at www.stretch.se.

Our privacy policy applies to all companies within the Stretch AB group, including: Stretch AB, Stretch Ability AB, Stretch Accelerate AS, Stretch Addera AB, Stretch Addera ApS, Stretch Addera AS, Stretch Amplify AB, Stretch Beyond AB, Stretch Care AB, Stretch Customer AB, Stretch Engage AS, Stretch Evolve i Göteborg AB, Stretch Evolve i Stockholm AB, Stretch Optimize AS, Stretch OnSense, Stretch Procurement AB, Stretch Qonnect AB, and Stretch Qonnect ApS (collectively referred to as “Stretch”).

Stretch complies with applicable privacy laws and will not share your personal data with third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Personal Data

All companies within the Stretch AB group are controllers of the personal data you provide or that Stretch may collect from third parties. Your primary point of contact is Stretch AB, the parent company of the group.

Stretch may process the following personal data:

  • Name (including company name)
  • Photo
  • Home address
  • Personal identification number
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data to fulfill agreements entered into between you and Stretch or to take necessary steps to enter into such agreements.

We may also process your contact details to market Stretch and inform you about our services and operations. Processing for this purpose is based on either your consent or our legitimate interest in providing you with relevant information. You always have the right to decline marketing by contacting us as described below.

Additionally, we may collect personal data from third parties, such as LinkedIn, for recruitment purposes. Processing for recruitment is based on your consent.

Stretch will also process your personal data as required by law or by decisions from relevant authorities.

Processing of Children’s Personal Data

Stretch does not knowingly collect information about children. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal data without your permission, please contact us at sanna.andersson@stretch.se.

Who Might We Share Your Personal Data With?

Stretch engages data processors to assist with our customer management system and process all personal data related to you as a customer or potential customer. When your personal data is shared with our data processors, it is only for purposes consistent with those for which we process the data.

If needed, personal data about you as a customer or potential customer may be shared with other companies within the Stretch AB group. Such transfers are based on our legitimate interest, and that of our customers, to develop the business, improve our services, and for internal administrative purposes.

Stretch may also transfer your personal data to third parties, such as companies providing marketing or IT services. Such transfers occur in agreement with you and in order to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you. If data is shared with companies that act as independent controllers, the privacy policies and data handling practices of those companies apply.

Our data is stored and processed exclusively on servers located within the EU/EEA.

Retention and Processing

Stretch will process your personal data for the duration of the agreement and as long as necessary thereafter to fulfill all obligations under the agreement between you and Stretch.

Stretch will retain data that must be kept according to legal requirements for the time specified by applicable laws.

For marketing and informational purposes, Stretch will retain personal data for five years after the last contact, unless you inform us that you no longer wish to receive such communications. In that case, Stretch will promptly delete the personal data processed for this purpose.

For recruitment purposes, Stretch will retain personal data for two years after the last contact, unless you inform us that you no longer wish for Stretch to retain this data. In that case, Stretch will promptly delete the personal data processed for this purpose.

Security

Stretch implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing, access, loss, destruction, or damage to your personal data, ensuring an adequate level of security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Receive, free of charge, confirmation on whether we process your personal data and, if so, access to such data as stipulated by law.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate data about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal data, unless there are legal grounds for continued processing.
  • Request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, unless there are legal grounds for continued processing.
  • Obtain personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability).
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. Upon withdrawal, we must cease future processing of personal data that relies on your consent.

Changes to This Policy

Stretch reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as necessary, for example, to comply with changes in laws and regulations. Any updates will be published on Stretch’s website: www.stretch.se.
