Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing

We have a strong will to show consideration for people in everything we do. Our way of showing consideration is about taking responsibility. It has always been important to us in the Stretch Group with clear values and that we have an organization characterized by transparency and openness.

We want to be open-minded and strive to ensure that problem discussions can take place openly. As an important complement to this, we should all also have the opportunity to be anonymous.

How do you do it?

If you are aware of a suspected misconduct that is related to Stretch Group activities and that is so serious that there is a public interest in it being investigated, you can use Lantero’s whistleblower service.

All reports will be processed, but if they are deemed to be outside the purpose of the system, they will not be processed according to the system’s procedures. To make a report, go to an external website https://lantero.report/stretch  and fill out a form with relevant information.

Cases are investigated by a specially appointed trust group or by an external and independent lawyer. Investigation and any recommendation for action or further handling is presented in the Stretch Company’s management team by CEO Stretch AB or CFO Stretch AB, which also serves as a trust group.
