Great Place to Work® Institute presented Europe’s best workplaces at a gala in Rome on 5 June. Stretch, which has previously been named one of Sweden’s best places to work, is now also one of Europe’s best workplaces. We placed 33rd on the list for middle-sized firms, which makes us tremendously proud. This is an improvement of 10 places since the last survey.
Stretch has previously been praised by Great Place to Work® Institute for our continuous efforts to improve the company culture, the long-term focus between managers and co-workers, and for the trust we create within the organisation. This is considered positive even in the comparison with the greatest workplaces in Europe.
“We are of course proud of this award, however, we need to put continuous effort into improving the Stretch-culture. We are never better than the previous month, the latest delivery, and the current customer and employee relations. We should never feel contented. Although, we can feel happy about the award, which we should do now.” says Malin Anjou, CEO Stretch AB.
